Schedule:

1st session 8am-11:00am (Central Time)

Lunch 11:00am-12:00pm (We’re throwers, of course lunch is on us)

2nd session 12:00-2pm

Athletes can expect to learn power position, proper release of implement, glide technique or rotational technique, technique drills, agility/plyometric drills. Returning campers or more experienced campers can expect to work on finer details and problem areas in their technique.

Coaches can expect handouts with description and pictures of drills and how to look for and interpret breakdowns in technique.
