In the event of inclement weather we will head indoors to continue the instruction and throwing.

We’re throwers, so of course lunch is on us!

Athletes can expect to learn power position, proper release of implement, glide technique or rotational technique, technique drills, agility/plyometric drills. Returning campers or more experienced campers can expect to work on finer details and problem areas in their technique.

Coaches can expect handouts with description and pictures of drills and how to look for and interpret breakdowns in technique.

All day slots are priced at $110 but will raise to $125 for late registration within the 7 days before camp. However, registration has filled up the last 2 years and is limited to 55 all day registrants and 10 aspiring coaches.
