New this year, is the Vincennes University Throwing Camps.

Athletes can expect to learn power position, proper release of implement, glide technique or rotational technique, technique drills, and agility/plyometric drills. Returning campers or more experienced campers can expect to work on finer details and problem areas in their technique.

Coaches can expect handouts with descriptions and pictures of drills and how to look for and interpret breakdowns in technique.

All day slots are priced at $125.

In the even of inclement weather we will head in doors to continue the instruction and throwing.
